#### 1. **Digital Items**
– **No Refunds or Returns:**
All digital items (including but not limited to downloads, e-books, software, digital courses & license keys) are final sale and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.
#### 2. **Physical Items**
– **Eligibility for Refunds:**
You may return physical items for a refund within 5 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new condition, unopened, and undamaged.
– **Non-Returnable Physical Items:**
The following physical items are not eligible for return:
– Items that have been opened or used
– Items without the original packaging
#### 3. **How to Initiate a Return for Physical Items**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. **Receive Return Instructions:**
We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
3. **Ship Your Item:**
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
#### 4. **Refund Processing**
– **Processing Time:**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 3 days.
– **Late or Missing Refunds:**
